Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges.

All items purchased are final sales; thus, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective, your order is eligible for a return or exchange. We thank you for understanding this policy!

Autograph policy.

All autographs are custom-ordered - meaning Mike will not sign the item until an order has been placed. All signings for a month of orders will happen at one time and be shipped soon after.

Not all requests can be guaranteed. Although we make every effort to comply with your specific request(s) as to pen color, pen type, signature location, etc., we cannot guarantee them. Mike reserves the right to refuse to sign any item or any custom personalization for any reason. No inscriptions may be added to a previously-signed item.

Current authentication includes a Letter of Authenticity from Mike. All autographs are guaranteed to pass third-party authentication such as PSA, Beckett, JSA, etc.
